What kind of information is accessible through this application?
Currently you can access zoning and FEMA flood
zone information for the selected property, along with blighted
properties, good neighborhood program calls, permits issued; 311, EMS, and fire
calls; street condition; damage assessment and reopened businesses surrounding
the selected address.
How do I use date features?
If a theme has date information, then results can filtered
by entering either one or both of start and end dates. The start and end dates can be
changed in two ways, by either entering a valid date in mm/dd/yy format in the
text box or by clicking on the 'Calendar' tool besides the date box and
selecting the required date.
Why does not my address turn up in search?
If your address does not show up then most likely we do not
have it listed in our database. Please contact us to include your address
information in our database.

How do I save the retrieved image?
Image retrieved in your search can be printed using the
'Print' tool This
tool is located besides the image.
Why do I get 'No image. Please enter an address' message?
Information retrieved by your search query is stored on the
Map server for 15 minutes, after which the data is deleted. If you need to
access the information please enter the address by clicking on the 'Address
Lookup' link on the top of the page. For your convenience, your most recent
search queries can be accessed through the 'Recent Searches' link located
on the top of this page.
